EMPOWERING EDUCATORS, GROWING TOGETHER!

Last Saturday, March 30, was a day of growth, connection, and inspiration as ELTA Fianarantsoa and ELTA Antsirabe chapters held their regular chapter meet-ups. The Professional Development session highlighted the importance of Collaborative Lesson Planning. By sharing ideas, strategies, and resources, participants worked together to refine their teaching practices and enhance the learning experiences they offer to their students. Beyond professional growth, the sessions also emphasized the importance of teacher well-being. Through team-building activities focused on Healthy Boundaries and Teacher Wellness, participants explored ways to maintain balance and sustain their passion for teaching. A supported and healthy teacher is, indeed, an inspired teacher. We warmly thank all participants for their active engagement and positive energy throughout the day. ELTA Madagascar continues to grow as a community where educators support one another, share expertise, and build lasting connections. Together, we do more than teach — we transform lives.
